Kerry Ould is the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at PenFinancial Credit Union in Niagara, Ontario. In her role, Kerry leads PenFinancial’s highly regarded Truly Local Commitment program, which reflects the Credit Union system’s cooperative principles by reinvesting profits back into the community through employee volunteerism, philanthropy, grants, and grassroots engagement.
With a career spanning leadership roles in brand, marketing, and communications at organizations including CIBC, Laurentian Bank, and Deloitte, Kerry made the intentional move to the Credit Union system in 2020—drawn to its member-owned, people-first model and the opportunity to create meaningful, local impact.
Kerry is passionate about harnessing the unique strengths of credit unions to advance corporate social responsibility.
