Brent Merriman is Vice President, Marketing & Strategic Insights at CIBC Mellon. He leads the team responsible for CIBC Mellon’s marketing, communications and research functions, including marketing, brand, corporate communications, events, digital marketing, and market intelligence. He is also the program manager for the company’s advisory boards, qualitative research and client feedback programs.
Brent has more than 20 years of experience as a corporate storyteller, educator and marketing strategist. He holds an honours BA from Queen’s University and a Master of Education from York University. Each October, he hosts CIBC Mellon’s annual Student Investment Fund conference, bringing together more than 500 students, industry leaders and recruitment professionals to explore careers in financial services.
