Martin Aubut is a Growth marketing executive, e-commerce specialist and business transformation leader, with 20+ years of experience. He is known for growing organizations toward consumer centricity by leveraging data, digital capabilities and brand building.

He is now acting as Chief Marketing Officer at nesto, which is one of the fastest growing Canada fintech companies. With technology, nesto seamlessly offers the best suited mortgage options so that Canadians can secure the best mortgage and save thousands in interest – no negotiation needed. He is leading all functions of the integrated marketing team to Establish nesto as No 1 Brand in Digital Mortgage Solutions, enabling fast growth in a profitable way.

Martin Aubut was former Vice-President Marketing and E-commerce at COGECO Connexion, one of the Largest Canadian Telecoms. Martin is viewed as a growth engine, driving business objectives without compromising on team engagement and talent development into an Agile environment.

After 2 years, as Vice-President of Transformation and 1 year running the Integrated Marketing team Martin has built a strong team of 80 people specialized in Data & analytics, Brand management & Advertising, eCommerce, end-to-end consumer experience and Digital IT. Since he has been at Cogeco, the stock has double price, the organisation is back to growth, eCommerce is now a key driver and the majority of consumers are now using self-service online tools. Finally, he has successfully launched the new IPTV platform EPICO from brand launch to integrated marketing campaign.

Before Cogeco, he led with success, L’Oréal Canada Digital transformation, as Chief Digital Officer (CDO). He built with his team, advanced E-Commerce capabilities for 38 beauty brands, enabled e-retail and Amazon channels, CRM & Data Science practices used around the world. His expertise brought him on missions in China, Europe, South America, eastern Europe and Silicon Valley for the L’Oréal Group.

His diversified experience from successful start up like & to large-scale media company, Ad Agency HAVAS, and Consumers Goods at L’Oréal, gave him the framework, leadership, strategic thinking, understanding of technology and digital skills across different industries to lead change at scale.
