In Mitch’s role as VP, Digital Strategy – Content, he oversees content and branding for the next-generation FinTech offerings produced by J.P. Morgan’s Digital Experience Design group in the Corporate & Investment Bank. He is building the function, while applying design thinking to content strategy and development.
At Capital One Commercial Banking, he launched The Content Studio to provide strategy, development and creative execution in digital, print and live event channels for marketing and thought leadership campaigns.
Previously at J.P. Morgan, he devised the content strategy and organizational framework for a multi-language, multi-role global site redesign. Before that gig, he led the Content, Social Media, Mobile, Digital Analytics and Research & Innovation teams for Prudential Financials’ in-house digital agency. In prior roles, he was the executive editor of a news and training site for financial advisors and an editor in book publishing.
