LeAnita has been a game changer and dynamic leader in the payments industry throughout her career. As a Regional, Vice President she leads strategy and client engagement for the Large Corporate, Corporate Payment Systems Account Development team in the Western Region at USBank. She and her team consult in maximizing innovative payment solutions and working capital consultancy to reduce friction for clients in their accounts payable and strategic sourcing functions. She has been a leader who drives results at American Express, Citigroup, First Data, JPMorgan Chase, Fifth Third Bank and Rippleshot

Fintech where she provided innovative technology solutions to create efficiency, provide fraud mitigation, and maximize financial results for clients. She is the past President of The Winnetka Club and has served on leadership boards at the Evanston North Shore Junior League and the American Cancer Society Special Events Executive Leadership North Shore Committee. In addition she has volunteered for the Junior Achievement, Catholic Charities, and the Girls in the Game and has spoken on leadership at the Irish Leaders Notre Dame Conference, The Chicago Urban League, and The State of Michigan Administrative Officers Conference. LeAnita has also been featured in Redbook Magazine, Today’s Chicago Woman, North Shore Modern Luxury, Sheridan Road, and Make It Better Magazine for her entrepreneurial leadership and career accomplishments.
