Betsey is the SVP and Chief Marketing Officer, Canadian Banking. Betsey leads the TD marketing team across all Canadian lines of business including responsibility for the digital marketing ecosystem – real time and targeted marketing, social and content. She is a key member of the executive leadership team for each of the Business Unit and Marketing Operating Groups.
Betsey has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, working in the UK, Europe, US, and Canada. In each of her roles, she has been a change agent for organizations who want to achieve growth objectives through Big M marketing. She most recently spent 7 years with BMO Financial Group where she was the Chief Marketing Officer of Banking and Wealth, for all global geographies. She led the digital transformation of the marketing organization and attained No.1 in digital sales for 4 consecutive years. She also developed the BMO Wealth Management brand reaching a leadership awareness position in the industry.
Betsey established her analytical and digital marketing acumen early in her career. Firstly, as an Executive Strategy Consultant with KPMG in the UK, where she led marketing and digital strategies for FTSE 100 companies. She then joined American Express where she spent 8 years on the senior leadership team, accountable for Direct and Digital Marketing, Product and P&L management for cards, lending and insurance portfolios. Betsey has won the CMA Awards for Best Digital Financial Services Campaign and Best Media Execution for The Aviva Community Fund and Best Integrated Campaign for Business Gold Rewards.
Having two daughters, Betsey is a Diversity and Inclusion advocate and on the Board of Havergal College and Marketing Committee for Catalyst. Betsey completed her MBA at London Business School in the UK, and also has her Chartered Accountancy designation.
David Willows is Green Shield Canada’s Chief Innovation and Marketing Officer. He leads their recently developed Innovation Lab, all Product Development functions, including Pharmacy Strategy, and the traditional marketing and communications disciplines.
Prior to moving to GSC six years ago, he had spent five years as the Toronto Health and Benefits Practice Leader for Aon Consulting and then the merged Aon Hewitt organization.

As Vice President, Marketing Communications, Gwynne is responsible for the marketing evolution of Canada’s first and largest independent robo advisory, WealthBar Financial Services. In her role, Gwynne leads a high performing team of marketing and creative professionals who work together to achieve the firm’s aggressive growth plan.
Prior to joining WealthBar, Gwynne lead the marketing efforts for the national wealth management arm of the Canadian credit union system, Credential Financial. While at Credential, Gwynne’s portfolio included developing marketing strategies for the firm’s online and full-service brokerages, life insurance and financial planning divisions and a variety of investment products. Leading a team of marketers and creative professionals, Gwynne was responsible for the ongoing wealth marketing efforts in support of over 1,000 credit unions from across the country.
Prior to joining Credential, Gwynne spent several years in progressive marketing roles at Vancouver-based real estate investment trust, CHIP REIT, and working for fintech pioneer, Ernex Marketing Technologies, a subsidiary of RBC.
Graduating from the University of Waterloo Eric Walker worked as a Data Scientist at Capital One supporting Customer Acquisitions and Direct Response Marketing. In 2013 Eric moved to Google supporting and consulting with Canada’s top Direct Response clients. In 2015 Eric rejoined Capital One Canada as Head of Customer Acquisition Marketing.
In his role, Eric is responsible for driving new customers though digital and offline channels, marketing analytics and developing new acquisition channels. Eric oversees the execution of all acquisition marketing campaigns, media planning and acquisition marketing strategy.
Nicky Senyard is the CEO and Founder of Share Results, a performance marketing company specializing in the financial services industry.
