Belonging to the newly-named Xennial generation, Adam suits that digital half-breed group well but is less good looking than his xennial peers James Franco and Ryan Gosling. A background in business intelligence with a major telco, Adam brought his talents to the Canadian Credit Union system in 2005 and never looked back. As the senior manager responsible for social engagement at Access, Adam has led the efforts to pursue best practices across many of the available social channels and introduced a social intranet recognizing the benefits of interaction internally.
Applying technology to marketing is Adam’s bread and butter. In his first role out of university, he led the creation of an e-commerce platform for small retailers and another for adventure tourism before moving to business intelligence in telecommunications and finally marketing analytics in the credit union system. A combination of both technology and marketing degrees allows Adam to bridge the right/left brain divide with an energy and enthusiasm for innovation, growth and creativity but he would be the first to admit having used too much social media throughout his life.
When not enjoying spending time with his wife and son, Adam is likely refreshing Facebook or Twitter.
